If you're looking for a wonderful laser technician in the north valley, look no further! It saddens me how much time and money I have spent over the past years attempting laser hair removal at med spas and the traditional laser institutions. I really never found a technician that took the time to actually target the area I was seeking treatment. I'm so thankful I found Kim. She is very educated in laser services and is integral with managing the laser settings. Even though I've had laser treatments all over the valley, no one has made the effort to educate me and help me feel comfortable like Kim has. I'm now on my second treatment and looking forward to smooth, hairless skin.

I was recommended to Kim by a friend of mine. I was really nervous to go, but Kim answered every question over the phone and through text before I even had my first appointment. She really explained the process and made me feel at ease. I am extremely sensitive about the hair I was having removed and Kim really helped me feel like it wasn't even an issue. I can literally say she's completely changed my life with the results. I have even started getting other areas done now, it's kind of addicting. Prices are very reasonable and she truly loves what she does. Kim is currently moving her office from her salon space into her home due to Covid-19, and that makes me feel even safer about going now. Highly recommend.
