I am In no way a technical person but luckily for me I came across “Sam”. After having my computer for so many years I finally asked for help upgrading my device. This young man was patient and never once made me feel like I was ignorant. He and his family are very professional every time I need some sort of assistance with one of my devices I can count on them, especially when it comes to honesty in their price quotes. I was especially grateful when I visited the store and saw just how many precautions they took to keep not only themselves but their clients safe from this pandemic. I highly recommend this place of business. Let’s support the “Mom & Pop” stores.

Came here for the first time today after the staples near me was completely rude and uninterested. I will be coming back oh my gosh they were so nice. The employee Sam & the owner helped me. I had to send some faxes but I was having trouble because Asurion gave me the wrong fax number. They were so good about it. They helped me find the right fax number, sent it for me and even gave me a copy of the confirmation without me having to ask. Great customer service and so close to my house.
Veronica and Hossam are the best logo makers and branding consultants anyone could ask for. They made my logo/gift certificates and are in the process of bringing in other merch/materials for me. Well worth it.
