Mostly the staff was horrid. One staff member was nice enough but the lady who I dealt with first was extremely rude and made me want to cry. I thought I was experiencing an early miscarriage (I was) and the woman was extremely rude to me at a very sensitive time. I ended up going elsewhere for the pregnancy test to confirm I had indeed been pregnant and was miscarrying, not just having a horrible heavy period. The first time I was pregnant, I also dealt with one of the OBs and when I said I was considering a birth center, she told me all the horror stories and was not happy I was considering another provider, even though I was very up front about it, and only 7 weeks along. That was my first and last visit with her. I went on to deliver wonderfully and safely at the birth center (the tub was a Godsend) and for my second baby, I delivered at home. I don't ever want to go back here.

Horrible experience with Dr. Korostoff. She is nice and friendly but rushed and lacks attention to detail. She doesn't remember things about you or your care and has no attention to details important for proper care. I saw her for 4 months of my pregnancy and she billed my insurance at every single visit for an ultrasound to make money. There was never an issue and I'm not high risk so it was completely unecessary. She never once even physically touched me for an exam and was so rushed, I don't think she even asked me any questions. The doctor I switched to said I had been not properly cared for and over scanned with ultrasounds. She also refuses to release medical records to me from another state and her office actually used the words to me that I was \breaking the law for even asking them.\ I checked into it and it's up to her whether she wants to release them since they're from another physician but certainly not against the law. Lazy, negligent and horrible staff. In my short time there they messed up so many things. The person who answers the phone is also extremely rude and talks about patients with the window closed while they wait. I called for a true pregnancy emergency and was told I was disturbing her lunch and to go to the ER. It was noon on a Wednesday. No other doctor to see, she wouldn't talk to me herself and she never followed up. So I switched and never looked back.

Sloppy, unfair, and expensive billing practices. Jackie in billing department told me she would call my insurance to determine the cost of an elective procedure. She told me it would be covered at 100%, so I went ahead with the procedure based on her quote. Then I received a bill for 750. I called my insurance and they have NO RECORD of her ever calling. She assumed I had Obamacare which covered my procedure at 100%. If she had bothered to call my insurance as she said she did, she would have known: 1. I am covered by Aetna, not Obamacare 2. it would cost 750. I have been a client here for 10 years but will not go back because I cannot trust these billing practices. It has been a very frustrating and expensive experience.
