If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I been treated so poorly in a medical facility. One would thing that those who chose to care for cancer patients would have some kindness and compassion. From being yelled at in the waiting room by the nurse practitioner on the day of my \chemo teach\ for having too many people who care about me....you people told me to bring my support system, you didn't tell me it could only be 2. Who has 2 people as a support system through cancer? It was embarrassing and mortifying and unnecessary. I received an injection in the checkout waiting area! WHAT? That can't be right. My friend listened to the lady behind the desk yell at somebody on the phone and then hang up on her, she knew she hung up on her because the blonde haired lady behind the desk said she did...and then proceeded to hang up on her again, letting the entire waiting area know. She just wanted a call back. The infusion room is gross, the nurses are mean and rude. There is NO caring in this place at all. Cancer is scary. These people are scarier. RUN. I'm so glad after my first cycle of chemo I found a much better place that truly cares about people. These people aren't it. Even their financial person can't add or understand insurance.
