POSITIVE PEOPLE WORK HERE. Wonderful place! Great atmosphere (and music!). Everyone was accommodating. Paula was AMAZING; she helped me endure the therapy for healing my right hip. She is friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable.

Amazing office and staff. Efficient and timely. Office manager Becky has so much information and knowledge to keep patients comfortable and confident in the process. Highly recommend
Don't book your appointment here unless you plan on spending the next 10 months fighting with their office and billing company about them charging you up the wazzoo for services never rendered. Received an astronomical bill for an office visit where I had x-rays done and spoke with the Dr briefly and then got a bill for office visit, injections (nope), x-rays and an ultrasound (nope). Plus the Dr sent me for physical therapy for a month then never followed up for another appointment after I had completed PT. Guess he was mad I didn't pay for the fictitious services they billed me for and was contesting the invoice. This FINALLY got resolved in December (appointment was in February)
Thank goodness for this place. I need a total knee replacement and the office has taken great care of me. Can not recommend Ortho Arizona enough.
Dr Ramachandran, new to OrthoArizona, has been a lifesaver for me. Both of my hands had developed trigger fingers (three on each hand), carpal tunnel, and a ganglia cyst on my left wrist. Had I not been referred to her by a PA who had his own hand issue that she had brought back to normal functioning, I do not know where I would be today. Because of her gift, I have both hands working as they were meant to do. Though surgery had to eventually be done, Dr Ramachandran gave me other options that helped in the short run and allowed me some time to get used to the surgery likely to be ahead. I highly recommend her.
