What a horrible experience I'm self pay I waited 2 months to see a specialist just to see a freaking pa... and paid a lot of money for a generic ekg (which Iexplained I've had 4 times recently at my own Dr office).. the real test (the one they were supposed to do and I even asked about) can't be done unless I want to pay more money and come back yet again.. oh and guess what? They had no answers of course.. that will cost more money.. this place is a freaking joke! I'm so frustrated!

I called on a Monday and they made me an appointment the next day. I was just passing through Phoenix and was asked by my primary physician to get an echocardiogram. I arrived at the business 20 minutes early as I instructed. It was very easy to sign in on their kiosk and the paperwork was minimal. At my appointment time of 2:45 the nurse came and got me from the lobby. She took my weight my blood pressure and asked preliminary questions. Within one minute her leaving the room Doctor Patel entered and we spoke. I explained to him what was going on and what my doctor wanted. He spoke to me for about 7 minutes and checked my heart along with the ekg. Within a minute or two the lady running the echocardiogram got me. She was very polite and friendly. She was very good with her bedside manner and relaxing. Before the echocardiogram was over Dr Patel came into the room. He looked at the preliminary information and gave me the information I needed to get back to my doctor. I have never been to a physician's office where I was seen on time and everything ran like a well-oiled machine. if you read other reviews on other cardiologists in the area like we did, you will see their complaints are it took forever to get the appointment or they waited in the waiting room for hours. I can tell you this Phoenix heart this did not happen.
They are great. I have had ekg, vein ultrasound and vein mapping. They return calls and the call center sends messages to either the doctor or their MA. They are very helpful and careful of what they do.
From the moment I walked in I was inpressed. The staff is so kind and compassionate. Dr Patel was very sweet, took time to listen and show genuine concern. Very good people.
