This is our 3rd management team in 3 years and what a nice surprise. They are very responsive, friendly and professional. Website looks great, a few old projects are getting fixed and I am just glad to have them leading us. Special kudos to Jenn. We are at VSM

Honestly google needs to give us users an option for no stars for companies like this one! I can not believe the lack of professionalism from the management. They will charge an arm and leg for every last little issue they can find all to make more money. When you call nothing with be resolved so don’t try arguing anything, they will take forever to get back to you if they do. I have rented and owned multiple houses all with HOA and have NEVER experienced anything like this. I really hope something is done about management and the customer service provided because it is completely unacceptable and after reading the reviews it’s clear that I am not the only one to have ran into some issues with them.

This HOA is HORRIBLE!!! They over charge and when you try to call them they are rude and unprofessional!

This company did a good job managing our H away until Trevor took over. Trevor and his accounting team overcharged us for being late when we were not late. When we asked to have our money returned he refused. Now we have a new H away management team. Very poor service and inexperienced personnel.
