I was very reluctant to seek an attorney for my disability claim. I was going to try and do it myself, but my nephew convinced me to use an attorney. I didn’t know of any I trusted so my nephew looked for someone near Silver Lake with good reviews on Yelp. He found 4 or 5 that he called but none of them actually answered the phone personally and listened like they actually cared like Roy Manukyan. It was a no brainer as I felt very comfortable going to see him. I figured I would be helped by an assistant for sure. Roy personally greeted my nephew and I and sat and discussed the case in depth with us. He explained everything and anything I ever wanted to know about how the process works. I could write a book about the great experience I had with RCM. The advocates were supportive, trustworthy and responsive. They are friendly and very professional and when I didn’t understand something they were able to explain it so that I didn’t need to worry as much.
