The prev owner of the home improperly pulled on the windows to open causing the sash to bend and the vinyl was tangled up (see pic). This prevents the window from locking and sealing properly when closed. The windows were manuf by Atrium Windows who is no longer in AZ but thankfully referred me to this great company! The pricing for the repair was reasonable. The tech was excellent!!! Its raining so he wore booties before entering the home, very polite, explained the mechanics of what happened clearly, very experienced! At the end he explained a technique in closing the window by pushing in and sliding over to get a solid connection with the frame. He was also very clean and put down drop cloth while working in the area. At the end he ended up using less material than quoted and adjusted the invoice to properly reflect the amount of material used. Very Honest business practice. I am VERY IMPRESSED with the level of customer service provided! Keep up the excellent work!!!

We just love our new vertical blinds and shutters. The shutters really transformed our home. It looks so classy now. I appreciate the advice we received when we ordered them. the installation was real quick too. I plan to order more in the future.
Great job changing out glass at an active retail location. Client was super pleased and so was I. As an out of state contractor, it is difficult to find help you can trust. This was my most important client and I apply solar, safety and anti-graffiti film to about 150 locations a year. This client means a lot to me and Rem Ad walked in, did their job and walked out. Not fuss or muss and I was able to get my film up all while the store was open. Great company to come in with the assist!
I have used their services on numerous occasions where the seals failed on windows and patio doors originally installed by Atrium. Atrium is no longer in business in Arizona. They are dependable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend their services and have referred them to family and friends.
