We have been using Service Titan for almost a year now, it was definitely a learning curve getting familiar to a new program but I would not go back that's for sure. We are so much more organized in the office and in the field, Scheduling, dispatching, notes, estimate building, customer reviews and much much more. Our technicians can upload pictures into each job they are on to record damages, document filter changes, document install jobs before / after. Service Titan has helped us become more successful and it will help you too !!

Worst implementation. They don't know how to get their own software to work. It has been over 3 months and they don't know how to get it to work properly. Doesn't sync to QuickBooks the memberships didn't come over correctly. Sales will tell you how they have done this many times and how great it will be. They are acting like this is their first time implementing the software. Disaster and very stressful once they have you at a point of no return. Haven't been able to process a payment or deposit yet. Who has paid us? who owes us money? who do we need to bill? nobody knows because their software doesn't work... I will post an update IF they figure it out but for now I would STAY AWAY. Should of been figured out before now.

We implemented Service Titan in 2018. Since adding the service to our Plumbing Company, we've had a consistent and steady growth in our business and increased our customer base. Our Office love the ability to give a excellent and personal customer service when taking calls and scheduling. Our Plumbers have a professional tool that allows them to dispatch to a job, accurately write and price estimates and invoices. Our customers love that we know who they are when they call and what work we've completed for them. The text or email notifications keep the customer in contact from appointment confirmation, to the plumber being dispatched all the way through to the end of the job where it gives them the opportunity to review our services. I cannot say enough good things about the Service Titan system, as well as the team of employees working for them. They are an amazing group of people that support our business. We've had excellent service since day one and have never had any down time with the system since we started. Thank you, Service Titan, for helping us look good and servicing our customers each and every day! We wouldn't be able to do what we do without you.
