everything was very efficient from making the appointment, providing appropriate documentation, and completing forms and even checking in all online from the convenience of my home/car. They took me back for my appointment on time and had me out in 20 min. The MRI tech was very pleasant and comforting. I’m only leaving 4 stars because the front reception staff was not very friendly and acted as if they were being bothered. (I’ve experienced the same on prior visit also).

Receptionist was the main redeeming factor. She was friendly, kind and considerate. She listened to carefully to each question and answered in a way so that each person completely understood. She was a master of multi tasking! My main complaint is that I had an early morning appointment. When I arrived, there was only one person ahead of me and I had a 45 minute wait. As I came out, after my MRI, there were not enough seats for all the people waiting. A long wait is difficult when you are nervous about the tests you are about to receive.

The tech did great very professional very happy with procedure and treatment. Only 4 stars because I was requested to be there 30 min early and no one even came out prior to my appointment. Sitting in waiting room for 30 plus minutes in today’s covid environment when not necessary does not say much about your respect for my time or safety.

I cant seem to remember the amazing young ladies name who helped me but I cant say enough nice things about her. She made sure I was comfortable in every way. Told me what was happening and why before it did. Not only did she walk me through every step gently she also managed to get my IV on the first try. For me, with my medical condition and veins that roll, that is a HUGE deal. Best expedience for a medical procedure hands down. 10/10 would recommend

Crowded, shabby facility. My elderly mother, who was in great pain, required help walking but no wheelchair was offered upon her arrival. SimonMed failed to send my mother's x-rays to the physician who ordered them so far (24 hours later). My mother claimed the X-ray tech injured her during positioning. I called to speak with a manager, leaving a message, but no return call came. Please get my mother's images to her doctor so we can assess what to do about her pain and about her condition. BTW the staff were exceptionally polite and relatively competent. So two stars for them.
