We have used Southwest for many years for full service on our RV....oil change , etc called “Gas Chassis Service Supreme” which also included lubrication, check & fill fluid levels, check and fill water levels on batteries, etc. our issue this time was the batteries. While they may or may not have filled the water in the batteries, they failed to inform us the battery cables and connections were badly corroded! I would have expected a phone call with this information and would I like it taken care of, even for an extra cost. But no call and nothing was said when I picked it up. Several days later, I had a possible buyer look at it and I was extremely embarrassed and upset because of the extreme corrosion! I would post a picture if there was a place to show it. I gave them 4 stars because I have always had a good opinion of them, but now I am not sure of them.

Conveniently located in the northwest valley just north of Bell Rd on 63rd Ave. FANTASTIC parts and RV gadets available for customers to do own repair. Like all RV repair facilities, make your appointments weeks in advance of your trips. Propane prices are usually lower than surrounding competitors. Really nice family atmosphere customer service.

The absolute best in service and availability. Competitive pricing keeps you away from the Walmart bustle. Excellent prices on propane and all RV accessories. Glad to call them neighbors!

I have a Lakota horse trailer with living quarters. It is hard to find someone that works on horse trailers so I was very happy to hear Southwest RV would be able to help me. I brought my unit in for an oil change for my propane generator and for electrical repairs for my interior lighting. Southwest RV did a great job. Not only was my trailer repaired in just 2 days, they noticed a large crack in the side wall of my tire and saved me from having a major blow out that could have seriously injured myself or my horses. The level of attention and detail is top notch! I will be back again when I need more repairs.
