Best choice for quick prints in the area. Great parking space in a big shopping center with Ross and Michael’s, etc. Sometimes better deals than office depot, this location is really good for tech stuff. Briana did a great job on my trifold brochures, excellent customer service great attitude, and very professional! Self service print is pretty easy to use once you get used to it, 2 out of 3 printers usually available. Nicely set up.
How long does it take a Staples employee to figure out that they should open another register cuz he's been on the same customer for the last 15 minutes...... Too long it takes too long. Ya now lost a customer.
The manager chris was so rude. I almost had to beg in order to get help. I think he needs to improve in customer service. Specially if he’s the manager. Very disappointed. Won’t come back to this store if they have managers like Chris.
I'm giving 5 stars to STAPLES corporate,,, this store was standing by the 14 day NO return policy for a refurbished IPAD that they sold me!!!! and would not give me store credit I did not want to refund simply wanted store credit to get out of horrible Mac world!!!!!!! and back to Android or Chromebook the manager would not budge.... I contacted Staples corporate and I will remain a loyal Staples Shopper Staples corporate stepped in and solve the problem!!!! I am an essential employee long-haul truck driver was unable to come back sooner I've had the iPad for 90 days but immediately had problems with it... THANK YOU MARY!!!!!!!!!
