I had what I consider a fast, intense and extremely painful delivery. This on top of complex PTSD led to out of body experiences and unbelievable underestimation of my abilities. Luckily I was at the Birth Nest. My midwife, Eyndia, alongside Mykah, a newer midwife, and Pam, a seasoned veteran of this work, coaxed me through my out of body experiences and into the tub and birth sling. I was attended to in every way during this rigorous and terrible and beautiful process. I was given my power back at the encouraging voice and touch of these women, and I was able to birth my son without any complications. This whole experience was so powerful and I can't believe I got to share it with these women. They are kind but practical, empathic and reasonable. I was given the option to move to the hospital if I really felt something was wrong, and that choice helped bring me back to reality and gave me the strength to persevere. I was stitched up beautifully, given plenty of care post delivery and have had follow up appointments that make me feel truly cares for. Honestly I am so deeply grateful to this place and my love for it and these women is immense. If you are healthy enough to labor here, I suggest you do it. I could say so much more but I don't know if anything other than this place was perfect could sum it all up. Thanks The Birth Nest. thanks Eyndia, thanks Mykah, and thanks Pam. Awesome experienced, my first time to gave birth in birthing center in natural way no pain medications. Wonderful and great midwives Zabrina and Pam. Specials thanks to Nicole and Jaime too. They help me through a lot of things since the beginning til now at present. They will answer your calls anytime you have and emergency and urgent questions. These people are very accommodating they will give lots of advices and tips during pregnancies til giving birth. No words to explain excellent place and people. I will recommend this place people wanted to have a natural birth like me.

Such a great birth experience. Best midwife team in Arizona, hands down. They all love what they do and it shows in a big way. Our family was shown so much love and support during the birth of our last child. While my birth did not go as I expected (do they ever?), they never batted an eye and worked diligently to give me the best experience possible. If we were having another, there is nowhere else I would go!
