So far it has been great. I don't like how they decide to deny access to paying customers unannounced or with any communication. I wasn't able to access my unit for a night and thats not good. Other than that, it's always clean, nice and gated.

It should not say open 24 hrs. Period...because its so not... Closes the place early dont understand y exactly when the mgr. Lives above the office noone is ever in and u have to go elsewhere to get the stuff u need to get in the storage In the first place. they need to #1 hire an office employee. And #2 make storage's b open later all days of week. Latest time they're open is 8:00pm . what happens if u have a late job. Stupid hours...
