Have used this business for over 6 years. The staff is friendly and know their machines and are always willing to explain or show you how to solve your issues. They also have access to a very knowledgeable service department to repair and maintain you machines.

I have an older Designer One Viking sewing machine. I had taken my machine to at least two other shops for repairs, but they did not fix my machine. The mechanic at this shop is a genius! My wonderful machine is now working like it is new.THANK YOU!!!!

I got an email yesterday about a Viking machine sale, so I visited this store for the first time today. I mentioned the email to the only salesperson who was there, she had no idea about the sale. I asked about a specific machine, Jade 20. None in stock. (How do you have a sale, without the merchandise?) I asked to demo the floor model. Not even a floor model of Jade 20 in the place. (At this point, two other customers came in.) She showed me the Jade 35, mentioning that this one is computerized. I asked if the other model was computerized, she shook her head No. (I Googled Jade 20 when I arrived home. Yes, it IS computerized.) I asked to demo the Jade 35. She turned it on, but it was not set up at a sewing table to actually sit down and demo. There was a used one of the Jade 20, I asked the price. She didn't know, and she then made a phone call and left a voice mail. A few minutes later I left, without a price on the used model. All during the time I was there, this salesperson kept leaving me to tend to other customers. There were only a few machines there, and most were high-end pricey machines. The photos on the website sure don't match the inside of the store. I probably won't try to shop there again.

From friendly service and classes Ultimate Sewing is the best. If you ever have problems wether it be in a design, project or mechanical issue. The staff will take the time and help with the issue. I have purchased 2 machines with (SMA) service maintenance agreement and have always been pleased with my different Viking models.
