I wish I would have read all of these negative reviews before I made the first appointment. The clinical staff may be wonderful, I will never know, but the office staff and the structure of the communications is without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced. Multiple messages left both by voice and through patient portal, no return until day 4, when at no time was any apology offered. Best advice, find another Dr. and associated office than this one.

LOVE LOVE LOVE DR BEN DONOVAN!! GOODYEAR office is closest to me, but I've been seen in all offices over the last 13 years I've had dr Donovan. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
