Ummm well counter service was horrible. Very unaccomdating. Actually said, I don't think I can do that, when they were out of coconut pineapple in a hf gallon so she asked if he could pack a cup n charge her. So she left disappointed with 3 scoops in a cup...
Most people go there for water, not me! I go there for a Maui, a scoop of ice cream with shaved ice packed around and on top of it! Yum! I usually get cotten candy ice cream with the same flavor shave ice. This time I got vanilla ice cream with root beer shaved ice. It was delicious! It must have good water & prices because it's always got people coming and going!
While this was my first time going to a water store other then outdoor machines I must say I will be back. I must say thanks to the worker on 8/25 around 1pm when I was there as I totally came unprepared. The RO water (30 cents/gal) here is the best tasting I have ever had it tastes so pure and clean unlike outdoor machines witch may be a hit or miss. I do like that the store has a bottle cleaning station something I did use it seems to clean well. They also have alkaline water witch I read reviews saying that its amazing too so next time I might get that, although I wish I was able to tell what it cost either 60 cents or 90 cents a gal for alkaline. Over all this store experience was great, it was very clean inside, I surely will be back as this store made me switch from outdoor machines.
I went here today (Wednesday), and it was great. I often come here and usually it’s not very busy but today around 10am it was definitely a huge rush. There was only one employee working and he handled everything amazingly. Even though there was a lot of customers, he still managed to help people out with bottles and move the line quickly. I believe his name was Josh and he was very nice to everyone who came in! I appreciate the amazing customer service and kindness during a busy time.
