Love wetzels pretzels! I'm not a fan of how they charge now for any sauces now. But oh the pretzels are good. I was a little shocked though, I'm pretty sure they violated food safety/especially during CoVid. When they gave me my pretzles bites (I ordered them without salt) the bites they gave me had salt. I said something after opening the bag, and the guy took my food back over the counter, sat the bag down, used tongs and grabbed out my cheese, sat it on the counter, than pulled out the salted pretzel bites and proceeded to put them back into the display case / warmer to resell them!!! And then proceeded to put unsalted bites in my bag, and the same cheese he just sat down on the counter, onto the top of my pretzles. I couldn't imagine someone doing that at all , let alone during CoVid!!! I wish there was another wetzels nearby me I could order from in the future

My family comes here damn near every day for the pretzels. Unfortunately because of my diet I have cut all pretzels out of my intake, otherwise I would be following suit. All of the products they release is tasty, buttery goodness to put it in a few words. Don't even need to recommend it to a friend, they'r probably there now.

I went up to the counter and asked for a refill on a cup I bought from them. He said 1, he did not put my dollar in the register. I asked for my receipt he said it was only 1. So I did not get my receipt and he put my dollar in his pocket. So very very bad customer service. I'm not going to that place again.
