I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and always had friendly service. Now, a new woman is working the front desk and she is like a drill Sargent. No hello, no thank you nothing. I don’t enjoy interacting with her and do not feel appreciated as a customer. Will be changing dry cleaners ASAP. Also they close at 2pm now which makes it very difficult to pick up my clothes. Adios!!!

I don’t know how they do what they do, but they can remove stains like it’s magic. They’ve saved some of my favorite outfits! Super quick, same day service, with the option for pick up and delivery. Two thumbs up for sure!
I have been using Whitefish Bay Cleaners for about ten years and I do business with them every week. The quality has been excellent and delivery is prompt and unfailing. After ten years of weekly delivery, that is 520 transactions without a single reason to complain. That is hard to find!
I visited from out of town a few weeks ago for a wedding. I didn't realize I had a stain in my dress. I brought it in, and they were able to get the stain out within a day. It was great service and I was very pleased with the way they handled my dress! I will definitely go back whenever I'm in the area!
