Fun place to live, camp and get back to nature. If your looking for good old fashion get togethers This is it! The people are friendly and welcoming. The office staff are kind , friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star. Some of the rules that are enforced come across pushey and kind of rude. Considering we are a group of land owners. Of course there is the water bill that has to be paid rather you it or not and it have very high fees. However the water co. Staff is very friendly as well.

This place states it's Reade township but it's White township. I have lived here for almost 15 years. I love it, like living out but easy access to local stores and restaurants. Less then a mile from the lake, so very quiet, fresh beautiful air, lots of wild life, even 15 year and still have not experienced everything Glendale Yearound has to offer like, horse shoe games, events planned weekly, 3 ponds, love the heated pool with a toddler pool, a savage yard to rid you unwanted or not working appliances, a play yard with a pavilion added outlets for get togethers also bathrooms at the pavilion, can be rented for private parties. Fishing contest for thr kids, Planned family holiday get togethers monthly, a place you will never want to leave.
Lots of snow for snow lovers. Snowmobile heven!
Recently purchased 2 lots here. Love the security of a gated community and how security is constantly driving around checking on things. It's nice that the kids have so many activities that they can do. And I think it's wonderful that they can ride quads and 4 wheelers throughout the community because if you don't give children something to do, then they will find things to do like vandalism or drugs. I do agree they need to slow down, but then so do most of the drivers on these roads.The fees are rather expensive, but the privacy and security of a gated community is worth it. I do think something needs done about the abandoned campers and houses that are an eyesore in the community. And they really should remove that speed bump when you first go through the gate and move it down the road a little ways.
