I just completed my annual STD check and nurse practitioner (Maybe she is a PA?) Val is my very favorite. She will take the time to explain things to you and is always soft spoken, kind, and attentive. I've seen her for 3 years now, annually, and I always am glad when I see her. Planned Parenthood really lucked out with this health practitioner. Additionally, the staff were all wearing holiday Christmas sweaters and in a great mood, so I enjoyed that too.

The staff needs to be more educated! They gave me WRONG information about my health, which is not only unprofessional but also can have major consequences. I went to the other Planned Parenthood in San Bernardino and they were able to give me the correct information. Don't let your dumb nurse assistants give me test results if they do not know how to read them correctly. Not only that but the waiting times are long, the staff is not friendly, and it is more worth your time to go to another Planned Parenthood to get better care. When it comes to your health, do not cut corners. Do not come here.

I don't care for there services. I was only 5 mins late to my appointment they had in the lobby for a WHOLE HOUR PAST MY APPIONMENT !!!!!! Steady calling in people before me who I seen walk in after me and start the paper works. I felt I welcomed and they kept using Spanish each time I walked away from the window as if they was gossiping about me. This location is very unprofessional and disobeys the confidentiality rule. They are UNPROFESSIONAL& VERY RUDE !!!!! Made it seem like they don't want colored people to come receive derives which is not right if it's a publis doctors all should be welcomed.
