I was promised a shed delivery the 11/18 and did not received it. I’m just hoping I don’t have to go tru the same, some of these customer went with this company. Keep your promises or otherwise bad reviews will keep pouring.

Ordered shed in mid March was promised mid April install. Informed of revised build date of May 18. Was informed on a May 15 they they were cancelling and had no revised date. Asked them to call me by the end of day to provide update, they did not. Poor communication unprofessional demeanor disorganized understaffed....don’t buy from Home Depot because you’ll be disappointed by Backyard.
Purchased a shed through Home Depot on August 17, 2018. Just got a refund issued by Home Depot today. This company has been a nightmare to deal with. They called me to set up delivery and installation within a few days of my purchase, which is what Home Depot's site said they would. That is where the good experience ended. They postponed my instaII the day before it was scheduled. Then all I heard was \we'll call you to reschedule\ for 2 months. Every time I called to try and schedule they said they'd call me back, and never once did they. I highly recommend buying a shed from Home Depot, their customer service is wonderful, but I recommend installing it yourself or by a contractor, not by Backyard Buildings. Also, the shed in question was around 800 itself, but the install added about 1000 to the price. I paid 1000 to get jerked around for 3 months.
