We had a work tech, Jonah, who was outstanding! He corrected our microwave/ oven wall unit while he was here. He was skilled, thorough, professional, and courteous. He was a great problem solver. I would ask for him the next time we have a problem. No show. Can’t get them to return a call now. Not sure if it’s them or the dispatch service they use. Always get promised a call return but it never happens. Good thing I waited here just to be stood up.

Handle had come loose on oven door. He fixed it and then checked out the broiler burner as it had not come on the evening before (after the call had been made for work on door). He cleaned the area and cleaned out a small amount of debries that made the broiler burn All was done within 30 minutes, area cleaned up and task completed.
