I called glenns to repair an ice maker at our company. They came out timely inspected and re-assured us that replacing a part would fix it. The first part did not. The price then when up to over 1,000 to replace the main board on the ice machine. This again did not fix it. We asked for a refund since they were not able to fix the unit. We paid our bill on 6/10/2020. I was told that we would be refunded on the next check run (30 days) which i think is ridiculous since we paid upon completion. They dodge my calls and never get me in touch with the owner. She finally just hung up on my today 8/11/2020 and now won't answer the phone. This is a backyard company with no real office staff or reliability in their work. Blue sky folks. Run far far away. My company Bell Roof Company has been in business since 1928 we know how not to treat a customer or a bad experience.

I will definitely call this company again , I called on Thanksgiving day and they were able to get a technician out right away to fix my heater. Great service.. Thank You Glenn's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Called Glenns Refrigeration was very good service and Technician was very good. Wonderful coincidence the owners sir name is De La Vega as mine.
I’m very happy I found Glenn’s Refrigeration, came out same day to fix my ice machine at my bar.
