Bill is a legend in my book. I lost my keys on the mountain during a snowstorm. My roadside assistance dragged me along for two weeks without help before I decided to start calling around myself. The tow truck companies said I couldn't be towed in the \emergency only\ conditions and my dealership wasn't much help either. They told me that my Subaru HAD to be at the dealership to program my dumb fancy transponder key to the module in the car for the car to start. They swore that there was no other way. When I called Legacy Safe and Lock, Bill let me known that the dealership was full of it. He let me know how he could get my keys replaced in the least expensive way and then walked me through the process. He showed me how to get portions of his service reimbursed through my insurance company. He waited on me patiently while I unburied my car from feet of snow to work on it. Even his son who tagged along was full of an uplifting energy that made everything feel alright in a rough situation. Legacy saved me a ton of money, fixed my problems for me, took preventative measures for the future, and just gave me the kind of service you would expect from a small-town locksmith. If I didn't live so far from this business, I would consistently reccomend it to all of my friends and family. If you read this Bill, I can't possibly thank you enough. I hope I won't require your services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to give you a call.

Bill is great. He came out early am on a Sunday all the way up in Packwood at the edge of civilization and saved the day. Also was able to open it within 30 seconds with absolutely no damage.

Bill took the time to drive over an hour to bail us out (or, rather, the car keys in the trunk) on the 4th of July, at the Windy Ridge outlook near Mt. St. Helens. He was prompt and unlocked the car without the alarm going off. Super nice guy too. He totally made our day!

He came to us within an hour of calling, super friendly and professional, extremely knowledgeable about doors, lock, keys but also about anything in your home that needs fixing!
