My family has been using Prince's for years, still go out of my way from the city to swing by their store in Glenside for any alterations.

Just had my dress altered here and I'm so bummed about it. The bottom is too short which changes the entire look of my dress. For some reason the seamstress cut the fabric under the sheer outside fabric even shorter! So you see my feet through part of the dress. I have no idea why that would be done! When I called I was told to come back in when the seamstress is there. Unfortunately I'm unable to get back there during business hours before this wedding Saturday. I'm seriously sad that my dress isn't as it should be.
We love them! We've had many items altered and cleaned there over a number of years and everything has always been well-done. Their customer service is excellent!
They over charge for shortening by an incredible amount and my gown came back with dust and dirt all over it and the women could care less. Not accommodating I was not pleased and extremely disappointed, wanted to support a local business wishing I had not now.
