1/25/2021 After signing up online yesterday, I went to the site today and I was disappointed that the locker was not in an optimal location for my trailer to unload. Steven, who is the manager on site gave me over the top customer service by walking the entire site in the cold and reassigning me a different locker in a much better location. No hassle, efficient and very fast customer service. All done online with no contact! They also have a great site and very secure metal walls dividing the units. I am very happy and I highly recommend this place because Steven gave over the top customer service,. He gets it!

Great place. I had a unit in a building on the second floor. Seems like 2 carts per building. Can be an issue if theres a lot of people there (happened to me once in the 2 two years I was there.) Otherwise, no issues really. Clean, gated with issued code. Elevator can easily fit at least a queen bed and more. Overnight access is extra but it was helpful. Bring your own lock or buy one from them. They have boxes and shipping stuff too.
Sue is awesome. She listens to your issues/questions and she follows up on them unlike many other places. However just note that it's better to go rent a storage by calling her rather than just doing it online.
