I had a corner case where one of the parts that needed replacing was no longer being made. The people there were very patient and helped walk through all my options and their costs. They even contacted the manufacturer to see if something could be arranged. I felt my smartphone repair needs were met and felt the store had my best interests in mind.

Before leaving the house to go to the grocery store, I accidentally dropped my sons phone and the screen cracked. Luckily, smartphone repair center was right across the street from my local grocery store. Doug, the owner, was super helpful & professional! I went grocery shopping and not shortly after I received a call that the phone was fixed. Super fast, excellent customer service, and clean!

I woke up to my phone screen not working on my iPhone 7 as I attempt to turn on the phone. I panicked as I needed the phone for my courier job, and my rent due in 10 days, there’s no time to lose. Seriously thankful for this business and it’s hard working associates. They acknowledged the problem and gave me a call with a proposed solution and cost estimate. I’m feeling simply blessed to have such an amazing team in my part of the suburbs that I can always come to when it comes to my smartphone.
