I would have given 0 but no option for it. It has been more than 3 weeks still they are saying shipment is delayed. I strongly suggest not to order glasses from Target Opticals Glenview.

Workers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing selection of eyewear too! Had an overall pleasant experience.
My exam with the doctor was fine. The issue I had was with customer service. The first time I was in to order my contacts, there was terrible backup with customers. The lady did not handle the situation well and was not able to triage/prioritize the patients. The lady who ordered my contacts ended up transcribing my prescription wrong and I couldn’t get this fixed until the order of contacts came in the next week. I called when I realized the wrong product was sent after I received a confirmation email hours later and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I had to go into the store and get this fixed however the staff again couldn’t help fix my issue and had to wait until the next day to get it fixed. A few days later, my contacts come into the mail WRONG again! I called into the store and they said they couldn’t do anything for me and I needed to come into the store again! I would NOT recommend getting your contacts ordered here. It is Much easier to get them online through another service. People make mistakes but having the same mistake twice is not appropriate. Also not being able to make it for convenient for the patient does not help.
The eye exam was good.After that ,the customer service (sales )was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Truly the worst experience I've ever had - find an actual optometrist and go there instead. They gave me the wrong prescription of contacts while I was still dilated, then mailed me the wrong prescription again TWICE to two separate addresses, before finally figuring out how to send me my accurate prescription almost a month later. Took maybe 10 phone calls since they never returned calls. Yikes.
