Scheduling is terrible. Finally cancelled order for gutters after waiting for 3 months and multiple reschedules. My response to GBA response: After waiting for 3 months and multiple reschedules, they called the day they were coming out and said they ordered materials the day before and materials were not available. Yes, materials are harder to get, but ordering the day before after multiple delays and knowing materials are hard to get? Unacceptable!! I made the decision to go another route - I could have waited for the 4th reschedule to see if it would have happened but decided not to give them another chance. Yes, when I told the owner they had to be on by Friday for the 4th reschedule, he said to just go get somebody else. So whichever one is considered to have canceled, bottom line is not one thing they told me ever happened during 3 months of waiting.

We highly recommend using Glenwood blind and awning. We had damage to our gutters and have been extremely satisfied from the beginning to the end with our service. Calls were answered and returned on time, employees were professional and timely, any issues were fixed quickly and with understanding, and all messes were cleaned and hauled away. The best part was that Dwayne did not try to sell me all new gutters and covers, he only recommended what was needed and the price was fair and reasonable. Thanks again!
I have had them do several jobs for me over the last 17 years. I have never had anything but a positive experience with them. They do good work.
Had a recommendation from one of my neighbors to get my gutters cleaned. Ok. I called them. They came out May 8, 2018 and gave me my quote. He said they were busy and that it would be a month to five weeks. I said fine, we are going on vacation from June 15 through the 25. I figured they would be done by the time I got home. No. They never called me. I had to call them several times and kept getting put off. DO NOT RELY ON THIS BUSINESS.
