Mills County Vehicle registration has a very well knit group of gals behind the counter. That are all kind, and have answered every question I may have or had in the past. They have signs pointed out that they close at a certain point due to it being the last time they can help a customer out, which I believe last I was there was four pm. The signs are located within eye sight.

Apparently if you work in vehicle registration you can just stop working whenever you want even if people still need helped
