As we know 2020 has been a crazy year! So having Jill as our travel agent was a godsend. My June wedding got derailed and our honeymoon destination and dates changed THREE TIMES!!! Jill was very understanding and worked patiently with us each time we had to change something. Fortunately, I was able to have somewhat of a wedding and thanks to Jill we were finally able to go on our honeymoon. Jill handled all of our travel arrangements and planned us the perfect (and yes very safe) trip to sunny Cancun, Mexico. We needed this vacation more than ever and couldn't have done it without Jill's expertise. I will definitely be doing all my traveling with Global Voyages in the future!

Jill was amazing in helping my husband and I plan a 12 day trip to Iceland. She listened patiently as we told her some of the usual things we wanted to and how we wanted to go "off the beaten path" in exploring Iceland. She came back with ideas and then together, along with the travel company she works with in Iceland, we refined our ideas and developed our ideal trip. In the planning Jill was always aware of our budget. We could not have done this trip without her insight and thoughtfulness. We just return from our Fairytale Wilderness Escape in Canada which was indeed magical and adventurous. She had planned every detail from the air travel, transportation, hotels, activities, to dinner reservations. All we had to do was show up. Our adventures led us to ice walks in the canyon to check out frozen waterfalls, conquering the heights with a helicopter ride, an exciting dogsledding experience, and a gondola ride to the top of the mountain for a spectacular view. And let’s not forget about solving the mysteries behind the interesting histories of the hotels where we stayed along with finding the ghosts who haunted one of the hotel. Every time we return from our adventure, Csilla is always thinking on how she can top this the next time and what else she can throw in the mix to make it the best vacation. We cannot wait to see what she plans for our next adventure.

Booked a vacation in December to Hawaii and everything was as expected, the villa they recommended was beautiful and nearby many restuarants and shops. My family and I would definitely use Global again for future get aways.
Are travel agents a dying profession? I don't think so. I'm an experienced traveler. I am savvy with booking my own flights, cross comparing prices across several of my favorite websites. I can book my own hotels, and tend to lean on VRBO or Airbnb. That being said, Csilla has shown me (time and time again) her value in the travel industry. I've been bitten in the rear by booking rooms in hotels or resorts that have issues and problems that are absent from online reviews or company-specific websites. Csilla offers an insider's opinion on many of the places I've visited. She's been spot on with her opinions and knowing what I like and dislike about vacationing. Popular websites often have other travelers that review places that may seem like high-end luxurious, and to others, mid-tier. I prefer to get Csilla's knowledge and tips, as she has visited a lot of the places I'm looking to travel to. On top of that, she has been consistent with beating out prices on the online booking sites, or she is on par. Plus, she does the little added extras that keep me happy. I'm happy to pay her for her service. It's like doing your taxes. You can do it yourself. Or you can pay someone who knows how to get you the most deductions. In the end, you and Csilla win. She's one of the best in the business. You will not be sorry.
