I worked out of the South Bend office. The owner is cheap, only interested in himself and what lines his pockets. After working there for 3 years I never received a raise. Because in order to do so, you have to fill out a \portfolio\ of your services, but it's just a fancy name for a scrapbook you have to fill out, but you do that on your own time. Which means you have to be working off the clock. Another problem is, you never know if someone will be in the office during \office hours.\ They went through five or six office managers in the time I was there. They were forced by the corporate office to go out and do caregiving, when they needed to be doing paperwork and helping the actual caregiving staff. They were yelled at constantly about not getting their office jobs done, and also yelled at for not getting the caregiving services filled that needed it. It was so bad that they would complain to me, their employee about how they were treated. If you're looking for a place for services for your person with any kind of disability, do not go here. Their service is terrible, and over all you'll end up leaving like most. So save yourself the heartache and trouble.
