Called and tried to get someone out to a rental property that I manage. The woman on the phone was rude when I couldn’t give her a place of reference near the home even though I gave her the physical address. She then proceeded to say, “I think you should find someone else.” and hung up the phone. Totally uncalled for and I will make sure not to call this business again.
