Second time me going to her first was a very difficult patch on the back of my jean vest which I kinda understood not being used to that kinda thing and a person needing practice if they where ever gonna obtain the skill to accomplish the job so I tried again on some patches that where very easy and it was worse out of the lines they weren't on straight and one line is so off the bottom of the patch can fold up please save your time and money

Had similar problem with my dress. Asked to have bustle, but it was such a poor job my mother had to redo it the night before the wedding. My mother is not a seamstress; she looked up on you tube how to do this. Asked to shorten sleeves and one was still loose and kept slipping off during wedding. Can see that in the pictures. She was not rude but seemed very disorganized. She was bad at returning phone calls or answering the phone. It was very inexpensive but the quality seemed to reflect this.

Best seamstress ever! Really nice person with attention to detail. Thoughtful of customer and enjoyable experience. Prices are really reasonable.

Awful! Avoid at all costs! My sister in law went here to have her dress altered for her wedding day. She asked to have a Bustle added to her dress, have it “taken in” and hemmed. She was told it would be 100 dollars and she could complete the task. She did not do the bustle for her and left a part in the dress not sewn. When she told her she wasn’t happy with the results Susan was very rude and told her she was nasty and to get out. She also only discounted the incomplete job to 80 dollars . She should have fixed the dress as she was told . If she couldn’t fix it she should have not charged her for it.
