High character, amazing people. I recently went under contract for my first home and have interest in going into my IRA for part of the down payment. I am doing this all on my own and don't have al lot of resources and people I can lean on for directions and answers to this new world I am exploring. I wanted to make sure I don't do anything wrong and end up with a big tax penalty so I called multiple CPA's in Nashville to ask for their advice. Only one group called me back and it was Glover & Glover. When I called, I spoke with a very nice lady who seemed genuinely interested in the question I was asking. She asked if she could pass this up the chain and have somebody call me back, which I was all for. In no time at all I received a direct phone call from Byron Glover and he was able to help walk me through and explain everything for me. He wasn't looking to charge me for his advice, he just honestly cared about helping me out. This company went above and beyond everybody else and had genuine interest in assisting me. They definitely earned my service today if they want it!
