Incredibly responsive and friendly on all fronts, from the initial quote and dispatcher over the phone, to the tow truck driver who came to get the car out of my driveway. And I got a fair price. Stellar company to go through if you're trying to get rid of a junk car.

Excellent and easy service. I submitted online request for vehicle that was no longer working and wasn't worth fixing. Offer was returned very quickly and they scheduled to pick it up from my home the next day. Tow truck driver arrived exactly when they said they would and paid me in cash.
