On Valentine’s Day I was involved in a major car accident that resulted in my previous car being totaled. I was able to find a car similar to mine at this dealership and made the 1.15 trip down to Sheboygan. The commute was worth it- and the staff at this facility are very caring and understanding. Joseph, a new member to their team, displayed excellent communication skills, a kind attitude, and a thoughtful demeanor throughout our business process- he is your shining star! He took the time to work with my family during this difficult time and we were able to secure my vehicle in less than 3 business days. The sales members in this facility are paid a base sum of money so the sales folk are able to spend time assisting to pick the best vehicle for you. The facility in itself was very neat and tidy, bathrooms were clean and stocked, and there were many tasty snacks available for us to munch on while we waited. The cars were parked in the shop which was warm and all were clean. Our car was priced very fairly and the warranty options were explained to us by manager Shisseng- who took the time to message and email my dad about different plans. Between manager and staff member there was good communication which made our transition very smooth. Overall, my visit to Sheboygan was a pleasant, well organized, clean trip, of which I can refer to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle from a relaxed team. This process has been a difficult one (of which we are still working through) but having compassionate people, like Joseph and the staff at the dealership, have made the transition much smoother. I would recommend stopping by to any friends and colleagues in/out of the area and will certainly be returning again. Thanks for everything you guys have done for me and my family!

I was in the market for a late model used Subaru Outback. I also wanted a quick purchase with minimal contact in light of the Covid 19 situation. Edon Bajrami in sales and Chad in the finance department took excellent care of me. When I arrived at the dealership, the paperwork was already complete and in order and the vehicle ready to go. I signed a bit of paperwork and was in and out ASAP and could not have asked for more. Thanks guys!

We had our car repaired there after getting rear ended and they did a great job. Only problem was the brake lights didn't work when we picked it up. So we went back the following day, Saturday morning. A man by the name of Joe really helped us out. He took time to listen to our concerns about the brake lights and without hesitation started checking under the hood for the cause. He fixed it and we were very grateful. Thanks Joe.

Sold a "damaged" NEW vehicle in 2018. I will never trust this dealership again. So many problems with a brand new vehicle. Unheard of. Don't work with Joel H. Manager didn't appear to care. So disappointing.
