We have used them for years at work for engraved bricks. I have had to order headstones, and they went out of their way to find what we wanted... Always very helpful. I ordered counter tops and sink at home and they did an amazing job I just love it!!

I was honestly SHOCKED to see bad reviews on here! We had the best experience with Eck. My family has used Eck Monument for about 10 granite projects so far and every time he has exceeded our expectations. They were quick, the piece is great quality, and Brad was awesome to work with. We get so many compliments on the granite and we always tell people where we got it! It was done flawlessly and on time (actually it was done before the deadline.) We have several other places in our house that we are looking to add granite to, and we will absolutely use Eck Monument every time!

If There were an option for no stars I would pick that one. As stated in another review we had the same problem. We were told it would be done on such date and it was not. No communication, no returned phone calls or emails. When we were finally able to get in touch with Eck we were blamed for not confirming the final drawing. Which we did and had the email to prove it. Owner was very rude, took no responsibility, and no apology for it taking so long and hung up. After that fiasco we were then told it would be done in 2 weeks. It took an additional 6 weeks to finally to be done. Needless to say do not use these people this is the last thing you want to deal with in the event of needing a monument for your loved one.
