Absolutely love this store. Best customer service and best rates you will find anywhere in town. I will literally drive from Waukee to have things shipped from here because they save me time and money. Not to mention they give me peace of mind.

The woman working was extremely inconvenienced when I walked in. She had tattoos all over, no mask and sighed when I asked her any questions. I decided to take my stuff and leave. Not professional to wear a tank top showing sweaty armpits either. Never coming back here again.

I recently had surgery and had a 25 pound package in my car that I couldn’t carry in. Josh happily grabbed it from my car and put the fedex label on it. I really appreciate his customer service. Give him a raise!

Extremely disappointed with this location was sending two packages to my folks in Puerto Rico, was told it was going to range in cost between 150 to 50 for each package. Was also told that USPS was not an option. I was confident the employee was incorrect. Drove to my local postal office immediately afterwards and they shipped each package for a little under 12 total.

We brought a UPS package (too big to fit in the drop box) here because it's listed on the UPS website as a drop location. The person working there said they couldn't accept it and that we could drop it at Kohl's. We lugged it all the way to Kohl's and they told us they have never accepted UPS packages. Very disappointed with the unhelpful information, will not be going here again.
