Not customer oriented at all. Loved the previous owner! He was always smiling. Apparently the new owners have NEVER worked with the public. Neither the man nor the woman. It is most convenient for me but I will drive 10 miles before they get my money!

First and last time going here. I went here out of sheer convenience not only did it take almost 10 minutes to print out 12 pages but I was overcharged. The guy charged me color for half the pages and had the nerve to tell me that because of the way it was shaded it was considered color and couldn't be changed. Never mind the fact I have a background in print anyone with a home printer (which appeared to be what they were using to make the prints) knows you can opt for black and white on any file! I got what I needed but I honestly will just plan better and not go back there.
I don’t understand the other reviews, every time I have gone here I have received excellent service. This is a locally owned business that partners with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Of coarse they are a little bit more expensive than the original places, it’s for our convenience as locals do not have to drive and wait in lines. Gas stations charge more than grocery stores........!
Worst shipping store in America! Please do not go here....they required an ID to ship Fed Ex, which is fine. I mentioned to her that I had recently moved to the area and had not changed my address on my license and that I would like to provide her my current address. She said she cannot add my current address to the package label. She said can only put the address that is listed on my ID...I told her the sign says that I can use my military ID as a form of ID and it does not include an address, why can I not provide you an address. She said that's not how it works. I said well ship it UPS, she said that they still cannot put my address on the package. That if it returns it will come back to them not me....what does that mean??!!!! I questioned her and she said I have voided the shipment and refused to ship it. I asked for her name, she refused to give it. I asked if she is the owner she said I mange it, but refused to give me the owners information. I asked for the check that I was shipping and she said I dont have it and they did...they looked in the Fed Ex envelope that they had put under the counter and the check was still in it. If you ask any questions or ask for understanding that show that is not allowed. Please be aware.
Wow, unbelievable. This place is a scam. Not only are they computer illiterate but they overcharge for every step in a short process. Last time I was there I paid 5 for them to put tape on a box, which is free at the post office. Today I sat there for 30 minutes waiting on a measly email to be printed... and they failed. Couldn’t even blow the image up to fit a page and after waiting 30 minutes to receive nothing I was still charged 1.50 as I was leaving for their effort! Literally stood for 30 minute and left with nothing and was charged 1.50 before I left. Complete idiots. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Horrible customer service. Update from 20 minutes later: I just went up the street to the UPS Store and paid 0.49 for the 3 correct copies compared the 1.50 at Goin Postal to get nothing before I left and a waste of 30 mins of my time. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!
The guy was nice as he could be, but he didn't do right by me. I won't be back. He charged me full price for used boxes that really were so small I could see him crushing my Christmas gifts and smashing the bows. One of the boxes was originally for Glad Bags. The other was a used UPS. He had to cut pieces of cardboard off of something else to create end pieces. He gave me a hand written tracking code so long that it would be impossible to use, and then asked for cash so that the whole transaction would not be recorded. For the two boxes; one about 8x10, the other about a shoe box size, the bill came to 23.00 and change. I was nice to him too, but he was controlling when I could speak and never asked me if I was okay with any of it. I care about my Christmas presents and the quality of the presentation. He never asked what he was crushing. I should have spoken up for myself. I am a senior citizen and feel like he saw me coming. Lesson learned. Not going back and letting you know.
This business is pretty reliable and quick, and I am usually in and out in minutes. I come here every time I have to ship a package and judging by my experiences, this business is pretty trustworthy. My packages usually arrive on time, and I have no quarrels with the employee that I usually interact with. The man that works there is concise, but kind, and I have never had to wait an excruciatingly long time to proceed with my business. I shall continue to use this postal service as my primary means of shipping and handling packages and if all goes well with this last package that I am sending out, I will gladly keep using this business.
I have always gotten good service with dropping off package for pick up or mail letters.
