BUYER BEWARE!!!! My husband bought me a ring here for my first mother's day present and I didn't even have the ring for 3 months before one of the stones fell out. As I have (unfortunately) had this happen previously, I naviely believed this was reputable location and would stand behind her work. Two weeks after dropping it off I'm calling to find out it had been done for a while. I should up with my daughter and am told I have to pay 50 for the gem, repair, and cleaning. Sensing my shock, she lowered it down to 40. I was outraged and when I explained I refused to pay because I was never told about it, she explained to me how my husband had agonized over it and how she gave him such a good deal she has to charge me for repairs. Then began telling me my daughter (3mo old) was the one who damaged out. By now, my daughter is bawling her eyes out and now this woman is telling me how I am only angry because my baby is crying. Finally I just called my husband and asked what he would do because unfortunately I love the ring. Reluctantly, I gave her 20 and left. Once home and in the light, was able to see how filthy the ring was and had to clean it myself. The gem replaced is evident and looks like crap. Also, now having had the ring back less than 2 weeks, another emerald has fallen out. So obviously the prongs were never checked. I am now going to take it to a reputable jeweler to be fixed after verifying the stones are even real. At this point I am afraid to ever wear my ring again and her customer service has made my first mother's day present feel worse than a piece of costume jewlery. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and avoid this woman at all costs!
