My neighbor has storage there and is very well pleased the price is below average and it is a very secure location with coded gates and funneled entrance. I have talked do the staff in the ohone when I needwd RV storage they had none available soon but put me in contact directly with someone who did. Very graciously professional. 5 stars

Sorry to say that the service here is just horrible. Nice people at the front desk but I've grown weary of the monthly phone calls to get my credit card information \because we've updated our system\. No joke. I got that same call three months in a row. I also just noticed that my rate increased by 11 and when I called, I was told that it was a new policy that requires insurance. The nice man at the front desk said \we called and emailed about it several times\. I never received a call or email and I'm vacating at the end of this month. Beyond frustrating.

This business lied to me and fraudulently charged over 300 on my card after a long time of good service from this business. I am currently disputing the charges and pursuing legal action. I am incredibly disappointed, and will be cancelling my unit immediately.
