My girlfriend set up an appointment for us to get a massage together. When we arrived we were informed they were too busy to accommodate us both despite having set an appointment weeks prior. We decided that I would go first since I wanted an hour long full body massage. My masseuse came back in a long dress that looked like something out of the movie the Matrix and proceeded to give me the worst massage I had in life. I wanted a hot stone massage with moderate pressure but instead received a painful deep tissue mauling. I told the masseuse to use less pressure on several occasions but my request fell on deaf ears. I wouldn't even consider it a full body massage as she spent the majority of the time on my back with minimal attention to my legs and my front was neglected all together. She tells me mid massage that she was not in the best mood and I could probably tell. I asked what the problem was and she said she was sick, probably with covid-19. I'm writing this review the next day and my back is sore enough I feel I need medical attention. I will never come back.

Horrible service rude unprofessional unorganized I called before coming I parked in the wrong spot the receptionist tells me to move my car so I did I go back inside I traveled over 45min for the receptionist to say I cannot be seen or maybe wait a hour like lady why did you have me move my car. Silly Korean lady.
