Had to move out of the first room due to stains everywhere, including the sheets and the bathroom. Second room was acceptable but still not comfortable. The temperature control was confusing and ineffective, involving an unmarked switch next to the thermostat. Check in staff ignored the reservation and only checked us in for 1 day, then tried to charge late fees to stay the rest of the days we'd reserved, AND demanded we check out then check back in to get a different room. Also, the elevator doors open well before you reach your floor, which is scary. And one of the adjacent rooms had clearly been battered down by police and had a bullet hole in it. Decided that literally anywhere else would be an improvement.

DO NOT STAY HERE,RUN,SAVE YOUR 115 FEE.SERIOUSLY! WE HAD AN IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT, AND THE BEDS ARE DISGUSTING, STAINED WITH URINE!! THE HEAT WAS BROKE AND IT WAS 28 OUTSIDE, MY DAUGHTER GOT SICK,BECAUSE THE BLANKETS WERE NASTY,SMELLS LIKE CIGARETTES!! I ASKED FOR A ROOM WITH HEAT,THEY HUNG UP ON ME.I CALLED 2ND TIME,AND ASKED FOR HELP WITH HEAT..IF HAD KNOWN, THERE WERE DRUGGIES,AND WELL,**THINGS MY KIDS SAW,WAS DISGUSTING!O WORRY,NOW MY VEHICLE MIGHT BE VANDELIZED!! IM GOING TO FIND A WAY TO GET MY BACK!! SMH AND DISGUSTED THT WE HAD TO FREEZE!!THE BLANKET WAS NOT EVN A BLANKET!! RUN FRM THIS PLACE,THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!! EVN A FEW MONTHS THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!THIS PLACE ISNT FIT HUMANS,UNLESS YOUR A JUNKIE LOOKING TO SLEEP HERE!

This is a nicely decorated, vegan restaurant located in a hotel. Staff were all very nice. They have an extensive menu with both comfort foods and healthier options. They also have gluten-free options. I had the bacon sandwich. It was very good. Generous with the avocado and the fries that came as a side were very good, too. We had the hot dog bites as an appetizer and it was delicious. My husband ordered the stromboli and loved it!

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MAIL/PACKAGES TO BE MISPLACED, THROWN AWAY, OR DONATED !!! I had packages delivered there on the 27th for my kids for Christmas and the manager (FRED LAWRENCE) said he threw away my packages. I had to get the police involved and now have to press charges !!! He was extremely rude about the whole ordeal and even asked why we were still in the lobby after he told us that he threw away our packages. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
