I was there in 2011 when the Pembroke Pines store opened up. Since then, the employees have been consistently friendly,engaging and committed to their customers. The managers (Michael is AMAZING) are the absolute best. Everything is always fresh, and if on the odd chance something isn’t fresh, the employees are always willing to search around to bring you what you need. Keep up the great customer service Pembroke Pines! ️

Dreads retwist and style. Very gentle. I always get compliments on who does my hair. She takes the time to give tips on how to better take care of my hair. Also, great with my kids hair also. Really a top of the line stylist.

Everything was very clean and in order. I was very comfortable and loved Goldie’s friendly demeanor and professionalism. I do trust her skills so far , as this was my first visit and I was getting locs for the first time. Soo far soo good. I have fine, straight hair. She got done fast but took her time and knew what she was doing. She knew exactly what I wanted and needed.

I spent 169 on starting Locs and it wasn’t done properly. She basically did what she wanted to do than what you ask for.. I text & called her about it and no response even to redo it at least to make a customer happy that chose you for her journey. I am truly upset. You reap what you sow!!( Princess)
