The Shabby Tabby is a little slice of heaven. A rescue retreat for cats from the Golden Paw Society while they wait for their forever homes. You can go and get your feline fix playing, petting, whatever works. Grab a coffee or tea and enjoy.

Golden Paw is really the only place to go if you're looking to adopt a cat! They are the most pro-active cat rescue on Long Island. Most of their cats are rescued from over crowded municipal shelters and they never discriminate against a cat's age or health. Eileen and Amanda are a dream team!!
What a wonderful place for the cats. They roam free. This is a home for them All of them are so Happy. The people that work there are so nice and are cat people for sure. I'm getting a cat this week. I am so Happy!
