We arrived a bit after 11am on Sunday, February 14 2021; all indicators on the website and google maps said they were open. There was even a schedule of showings for the day. We drive an hour to make it our Valentine’s Day trip to find out they are closed. There is a statement on the door saying it was closed 2/10 for “inclament” weather, but nothing anywhere about today Sunday, and there was no answer from multiple calls. As for anything about the inside, service, or features; I can not say.

The planetarium was open with limited services when I visited. The video quality is is low definition so it looks a bit blurry. The content however is very informative. There is a small museum and a gift shop. There's no admission fee other than the planetarium. The staff was friendly. Overall it is worth the stop. There is a bison prairie nearby but it was closed when I visited the area.

Overall a very good idea to put this place where it’s at. I learned some stuff I didn’t know about the region. Seen a show in the planetarium and this is where things got crazy. They need to up grade the optics or what ever it is that is projecting the images onto the ceiling. Hard to make out and somewhat blurry and dim. Just a simple up grade I’m sure will do the trick. Seemed like 80’s technology. Oh, and the gift shop girl was kinda not really wanting to be there.

Great staff and a cool show. The museum was informative. Also a great place to buy a telescope.

Disappointed in technology at the planetarium. It was too dim to see the planets and stars on the screen. Bummer.

Had the pleasure of enjoying a show at the planetarium. The bulb for the videos is incredibly dim and blurry. The laser show was pretty neat for the quick little show they put on. Its a great resource to have in the area, and sad to see the condition it is in currently; Still trying to find out more on the fundraising they are doing online. It would be nice to get it back in shape and enjoy a proper show.

Everyone was nice and the laser show looked cool. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars, is because the educational videos in the planetarium were so dark and unclear you couldn't see what was happening. I think it must be the age of the projector. If the projector was higher quality or newer, I think this would be a definite 5 stars.
