I couldn't be more pleased with my phone service! I'm able to access my voice mails online, change my settings on the fly, and receive text messages if I miss a call. Velocity allows my business (a Hair Salon) to be open 24 hours a day. If I have questions, the support staff is always available to help me and are super patient with my low tech situations. Keep up the good work!

We have been using Velocity Telephone for our company phones. We have appreciated the support department, but have also had issue after issue with these phones since we got them a year before. In general these phones have worked but have not been dependable. In a professional office that is not acceptable. We have had multiple phones shutdown on us, drop calls repeatedly during the call, have intermittent connection, had clients not able to call in and had to reboot our entire server to have the phones return to functionality. We are getting extremely frustrated with the lack of dependability of these phones.
